Payment
Cheques, one for at least 25% of total fees are due on registration day, the remaining
balance due by postdated Cheque on or before November 30, 2011. If fees are not paid
in full by November 30, 2011 your skater will not be allowed on the ice.
A $25.00 service fee will be charged for all NSF Cheques.
Previous year’s fees must be paid in full before 2011-2012 season registration will be
accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Club reserves the right to cancel a session due to insufficient registration
Full refunds will be given during the first three weeks of skating only, excluding SkateCanada fee and fundraising fee.
After 3 weeks refunds will be given for medical reasons only, medical certificate may be requested.
An administration fee of $75.00 will be charged for each cancelled session.
