QUALIFICATIONS: Skaters must be under the guidance of a professional coach. Skaters must have passed all of the Junior Bronze Free Skate, Junior Silver Skating Skills and Junior Silver Dances or be of the age of 14 years and over, or be recommended by a professional coach.
