E-Transfer Payments: 

Please pay in full before your skater's first session by sending an e-transfer to accounting@woodstockskatingclub.com.

Auto-deposit is enabled when using this e-mail address for the e-transfer.

Mandatory fees for Fall 2025 - Winter 2026 Season
 
The following mandatory fees will be added to your invoice during the registration process:
 
1) Skate Canada Membership fee: $63.00 - This fee is required for ALL on ice participants for insurance and programming purposes. This fee is submitted to Skate Canada on your behalf and is NON REFUNDABLE. Participants pay this fee 1 time annually and covers the participant for the season (September 1st-August 31st).
 
2) Lottery Book: $40 - Each family will pay for a lottery book at the time of registration. Ticket sale proceeds are yours to keep. Books will be distributed during the first week of sessions. This fee is non-refundable. 
 
3) Volunteer Bond: $50 - Per season, each family will pay a volunteer bond at the time of registration. Opportunities and information on how to earn back the volunteer bond will be provided ahead of each season
 
Fundraisers and Volunteer Opportunities - Our club is a non-profit organization, and relies on our volunteers for assistance with fundraisers throughout the season. We ask that Club members and their families participate in these opportunities to keep costs accessible. Please keep an eye out for more information! If you have any questions, please contact us via email, or speak to a board member. 
 

 Please note that if our system detects more than 30 minutes of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.
