Woodstock Skating Club Jumpstart Program Policy

At the Woodstock Skating Club, we are committed to making our programs as accessible as possible for all children. We are proud to support skaters who are participating in the Jumpstart program, which helps families overcome financial barriers to sports.

Payment and Refund Policy for Jumpstart Participants:

1. Payment Requirement:

• All program fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session. This ensures that your child is fully registered and can begin skating without any delays.

2. Jumpstart Grant Refund:

• Once the Woodstock Skating Club receives the Jumpstart grant on behalf of your child, we will promptly process a refund to the payer for the full value of the grant.

• The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the grant funds have been received by the club.

3. Commitment to Accessibility:

• We are dedicated to making skating accessible to all children, and we appreciate the support provided by the Jumpstart program in helping us achieve this goal.
